The presentation of products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer but rather an invitation to place an order. By clicking the order button, you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods in your shopping cart. The contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending a confirmation email.

3. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are 7-14 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary based on location and customs processes.

All prices listed in the store are final and include applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are displayed prior to completing the order.

6. Warranty and Liability

7. Dispute Resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

8. Final Provisions

Should any provision of these T&Cs be or become invalid, the remaining provisions will remain unaffected. Instead of the invalid provision, the relevant statutory provisions apply.
