Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a right of withdrawal under the following conditions, where a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly cannot be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity:

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, take possession of the last item.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. The cost of return shipping must be borne by the buyer.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling beyond what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

General Information

  1. Please avoid damage to and contamination of the goods. Please return the goods in the original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.

  2. Please do not return the goods to us freight collect.

  3. Please note that the above points 1-2 are not prerequisites for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
